Licensor observed that in bathroom, lower cabinets are not safety proof, floride toothpaste is accessible and other personal products that may be hazordous to children are accessible in cabinets that are unlocked. Licensor observed broom in hallway, toilet brush and plunger near toilet in bathroom at site visit.
